and now i cant see anything, it is well you can see on the picture....

That does not look that nice at all, and of course not normal behavior for this product. You can try and use another USB-stick, and make sure you 'safe mode' when you update the firmware, and if this still happens, then try another HDMI cable, still there? Then I would take it back to the re-seller that you bought it from to ex-change your player. This is then hardware related.

Safe-Mode method (*recommended!):
1. Download and extract the install.img and bin.wifi.zip files into the root folder of a USB-stick. Make sure the USB-stick is formatted to FAT32.
2. Insert the USB-stick to your player.
3. Shutdown the player.
4. Press and hold down the power button in front of the player for 15 seconds.
5. Your player will restart and install the new firmware.

I have now tryet this.
And i did help, but.......
Now the picture is in black/white..... and is not centret on the screen.
in setup, i now have version 5.4.4r1964
That is the rigth on, is it not?
What if i try to go back to the one i had before?
Because i liket thatone, yes its god to have the meny in danish, but......
And if yes, where can i find that one?

Press tv-sys a couple of times till the picture is correct or choose hdmi auto in the setup/video menu

The player will hang/no respond most of the time when I plug in my ext USB HDD. Will need to power on/off for few times and only the drive will work. Anybody faced this? Thanks..
