I have used wrong menu.rss just before packing RSS, sorry about that.

You can re-download package or just replace xLive/menu.rss with this file: http://playon.unixstorm.org/temp/x/menu.rss and it should be good.

Edit: I've had to increase frequency of updates. At night script updated content with new links and now they have disappeared. I can't perform update every minute, so if you don't see image thumbnail, don't play it.

I have replaced the menu.rss and now it works, all problems solved now.

I would like to edit the menu.rss so you have tu put in a password before access the adult feeds.
I have seen it before in another custom firmware but can not find it. The password was a 4 digit code wich was stored in the .rss file. I want to use it to protect access by my kids.
Do you know how that can be done ?

I don't know how to use password protection, but you can do something else. Hide 'Adult' feeds from the list and enter it after pressing specific button on remote control.

When you enter xLive you will not see Adult button. Press "2" on remote control and you will enter it. You can use different button as well, in line userInput == "two" just change "two" to one of values listed on page: http://playon.unixstorm.org/rss.php

Normally people don't press 0-9 buttons in Internet Feeds, especially kids.

But there is one minnor problem on the mini.
When i am in a daypage and want to go back to the main rtlgemist page then there is going something wrong.
Your rss feeds links to the hdd...
Do you now a solution for that ?

True, currently link to RTL menu is hard-coded.

I'm going to think on different approach, but for now just use 1-7 buttons to switch between days and when you finish use Home button to go into main menu.

Is it me or is it not working anymore? I've come at the mainpage but when I am clicking on the day of the week he says: could not resolve hostname Playon.unixstorm.org; host not found

maybe I am missing something but maybe it needs an update?

I just did test it.
Here it all works 100%, maybe problem at your side.

Dont know what it is then. I just tried it with NOS but that wont help either. I just get the same could not resolve hostname Playon.unixstorm.org; host not found.

When I implement the file and update the menu.rss by the file so:

Then I dont see the thumbnail and when I click on the file I get the same Playon.unixstorm.org fault.

when I edit the html code above to something like this below. not offcourse the same but then with the RTL folders and rss path (... but see the /home/scripts.... part)

Then the thumbnail shows and I see the menu, but when I click at the weekday, I get the same Playon.unixstorm.org error

Hi there I have a HD mini 2 but the path to /tmp/hdd/volumes/HDD1/scripts/ does not exist. How can I get RTL Gemist work on the mini 2?

Has this ever been resolved?
