You have to understand we have a small team on the forum and more then 17000 registered users

If i have to move and copy every off topic message then there would not be any time left for support

The moderators are volunteers who helps organizing the forum keep it clean and readable.

Also we deliver extra support where possible.

Besides that we also test firmware and we also have a private life which also costs time.

So i am sorry you you don't like to see your message removed.

But otherwise we can not control this forum as we should be.

Also the forum is for and by users with some support from the company.

If there is a limited staff and not enough time to handle evertyhing (I can understand that), why is it better that 1.000 users asks the same question via mail than if A.C.Ryan answer it here on the forum?

It's been over three months since the release of the beta. Still there are problems that needs to be solved. Does anyone at A.C.Ryan actually believe that there are solutions to these problems? And do they have people in their staff that can do it?

As an update to my previous post (viewtopic.php?p=91935#p91935) in this topic regarding firmware activity.

In june 2010, the HD users had recieved 13 firmwares so far that year.
In june 2011, the HD users have recieved 1 firmware.

Is the entire* team working on the Fluxx or what's going on?

Posting every day the same questions in differen't sections of the forum will not result in a faster release.

We call that pollution of the forum.

There is been told that they still working on the firmware

And that they are close to a release.

But to be honest, because AC.Ryan is unable to communicate these questions will popup over and over again.....

If AC.Ryan needs a good projectleader or projectmanager, I will be happy to assist them......
