Benjamin Hoo I had this trouble too and I had to transfer all my media to another 2 hard drives as I was using a 2TB hard drive. Once everything was transferred I then had to take the hard drive out and had the same problem that your having. You have to actually wiggle it side to side before it comes out as the hard drive is stuck in via the sides of the case, this is to make sure it doesnt move. Once the hard drive is formatted it will be seen by the HD2 case and you can then put all your media back on. Hope this helps.

. shouldn't need to wiggle it, grab the end with a finger and thumb and pull it out.

They've both been reviewed HD2 and Mini2. Mini2 got a rating of 82% - 2 things let it down - slow boot and clunky menu HD2 got a rating of 79% - No UpnP and Navigating through network let it down, they stated its lagging behind some more sophisticated home hubs

I highly doubt PC Format have been as I highly trust their magazine. For them to rate the units as 82% and 79%, this is a low score. Normally if they are highly recommended by them they'll be awarded a PC Format Gold badge if over 90%. If a product has impressed them they'll give it at least 95%. I'm still waiting for them to do an article on media players that are out now and see how the ACR's rate against the others.
