This product fails the fit-for-ues test of basic commerce. Not a lawyer but I do know a full refund is legally binding to all Australian purchasers (if bought retail, not at auction and not a Grey import) if a product doesn't work as described. Basic consumer protection. I would expect the US has even better laws in this area.

There are some Plaintiff lawyers (also known as "ambulance chasers") which could be interested from a publicity point of view as a class action suit (there's no money in it unless we all go for damages being the lost time spent on this clunky pie#e of sh&t

The latest fw i received looks very good and most things seems to work.
But there are still some unexpected reboots which are examined at the moment.

But for a first internal release it looked very good.

If i receive a new one i will keep you updated with my experiences.

I would like to know the average number of releases after the 'first internal release' until something is released to the public ...
Also if the 'first internal release' took 6 months, when will the first public release be ready?

Seems strange that ACRyan staff are not showing us previews to "tease us", but are instead leaving it to volunteer forum moderators to do their communications for them.

Well the staff is pretty busy and don't have that much time for the forum as we have :0)
