Re: Tested Network speed HD2??
haha, thank you Mizitras

in the mean time i tested a bit with the PV73700 in my setup.
and if i copy from the pc to the player i gain a copy speed of 6,4MB/s stable,
with a peak of almost 7.5MB/s.
doing a copy from the player to the pc,
controlled by the pc.
i gain a speed of 10,6MB/s with peaks of 11,95MB/s
i used three files and a BDMV folder per copy session which where :
a 4,6GB (dvd.iso), a file of 7.4GB (avchd file in m2ts),
a file of 19GB (a mkv) and a bdmv folder which contained 30,6GB.
i have yet to do the same test,
controlled from the player itself.
as for the streaming test,
i am at the moment unable to find a file that i can`t stream,
to the player.
as all files play extremely well,
i have several BDMV folders for this purpose,
as for instance the Ambra7.1 which has dolbythruehd 7.1 and DTS HD 7.1
and with the pv73700 it just plays flawless over the network.
i will search the net again to find
the famous birds video`s that had different bitrates in
mkv and m2ts.
i however do have a video with a resolution of 3840x2160 pixels,
and a bitrate of 275Mb
but i had to change it to 215Mb/s to play,
but sadly the video is not shown as the player
can`t handle the resolution,
but it does play it does not give a bit error or anything,
so if someone has a tip for which programm i can use
to make the resolution better but still have a very high bitrate,
please let me know.
i am talking about this file:
