Post Fluxx vs Extremer Ultra
thought i start the debate and see what are the pros/cons of each..

i belive the Ultra will boot from a 16usb flash drive into any OS, (win 7, XMBC, linux etc..)
can be upgraded all the way to 4gb of RAM (starts with 512)

Both have intel atom chip..

not sure if Fluxx or AC Ryan will support other OS though..

They both seem to be powerful enough for whatever you can throw at 'em.
So the main difference is that the Xtreamer supports both XBMC and Boxee.

(the option to avoid AC Ryan firmware seems like the win factor for me)

But does the Fluxx also support external usb-devices like dvd players and/or blu-ray players?

The Xtremer claims on their product site to support dvd/blu-ray players connected by usb. The question is.... does the Fluxx suport this also?

Xtreme ultra available today, at around 200.00 looks amazing and full pass through hd audio support.

They said it would do this from day one, but ac ryan cant comment on wether the fluxx will do this, because its not released yet.

Sulrey they would know in testing if it can passthrough or not.

Cant see any sales things about the ultra, but specs look top notch for 200.00

For £200 you can get the Acer Revo r3700 and load anything you want on it. What does the Fluxx or the XT Ultra offer above the Revo.
