@inferior planets - Living in this swamp has it's downsides too, but at least your toes won't fall off.

No swamps in Colorado either. Mountains we got, avalanches we got, bears in downtown Boulder we got. Where in Texas is swamp?. My only visit there was Port Aransas and Padre Island. Did a stint as border guard in McCallen. No swamps there either, just truck farms.

Houston is a swamp that was leveled for development. I loved Colorado!- rocks, snow, mountains, Those grasshoppers that make visitors scream 'rattlesnake!'
Here: mud, year-round mosquitoes and lawn mowing, rain, brown lazy rivers... and the only hill we have is the city dump. (I think I've had this rant before...)

Sorry HeXeN, I'm getting good at thread hijack. You can't really love a machine. You can be friends with a machine, but if you try to love one it will end badly.

loving machine could be scary but i'm far from it I hope tht you're good for your "toys" jig saws, press dril etc. Cheaars!

Colorado is the best Born in Chicago, Illinois, but family moved here when I was 7.

As far as loving a machine, think I saw an article lately about them building robots or androids for people to have sex with. Of course there have been numerous movies and sci-fi stories with one version or another of that. I figure machines have feelings too. They purposely have problems at times so you have to open them up and fondle their inner bits. ;P

"metal fingers in my body" that's the name of videoclip, very drastic Yes Scirocco ... those horrible days has come, after a long trip... you finally get back to your house and there is your wife with a robot but that would be better than your "friend" saying ohh hello , you came back home one day earlier...

I think that even a rock has some feelings ... his life is soo hard ...

Um, I'd be very surprised coming home to a wife! I don't even have a husband ;P
