As the optical audio died on my acryan mediabox (1073DD) I had to return it to the shop. Got a new one wich, luckily for me i thought, had the 1073DD+ chipset.
The problem I have now is the audio output from bluray files (mt2s) is received as normal stereo sound on my cinema set instead of DTS or Dolby (5.1). I never had this problem before?

I am using passthrough in my audiosettings on the acryan, the other settings give me no sound at all.

Hope there is a solution for this problem.

Left/Right audio not working. It plays stereo all the time. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the official release.

Here is the mediainfo output that you were looking for. Pl check and reply what went wrong. Do I need to change any settings. DTS-HD MA works good from a .ts file, but not from the mkv files.

This is not a real dts-ma because it should be 8 channels (7:1)

DTS-HD MA need not be necessarily 7.1. There are many DTS-HD MA with 5.1. Anybody can agree my argument. I had remuxed the same file in .ts and it just works fine with DTS-HD MA. Now kindly let me know why this mkv file doesnt give DTS-HD MA passthrough in POHD. Kindly check with ACRyan experts.

Btw got some reply from the experts

At the moment Dts-ma is not officially supported
it's working a sort of with some files some not.
See it as a bonus that dts-ma is limited supported.

true-hd is fully 100% supported with a DD+ board.
