Re: [HOWTO] Install Metafeeds RSS (Internet Video) on YAMJ fw. Metafeeds does a great job at making the awful GUI of the PlayOn HD a little bit less difficult to live with. I've had great success with Metafeeds for many streaming audio / video sources, but I am finding getting the MIME type correct for certain direct streaming feeds a little hit and miss. Has anyone at any point found a definitive list of which MIME types POHD understands / supports? Here is an example of one I've had problems with: http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/housepart ... eparty.asxThe website claims it to be windows media player; i've tried as many different MIME types for WMP as I can think of (both audio and video), but no luck. Looking at the HTTP headers, the type appears to be "video/x-ms-asf", but POHD doesn't seem to like this. Any thoughts? Thanks, Nick

i'm new on this forum.
Ive installed metafeeds succesfully.
But i have the following problem.
When i install some favorites on the Metafeeds site then i get the message "cannot play media file" (on the AC Ryan.
What i'm doing wrong.
When i'm test it on metafeeds it gives no problems.

I double-check and seem like overmountS is not auto run after reboot, it's weird!
I try to force overmountS run by remove the file /tmp/hdd/root/rss_scripts/.overmounted and re-run command /usr/local/etc/overmountS. It works, Metafeeds show up fine; however, after reboot, the Internet Feeds is back to the original come with FW.
Do anyone know how to fix this? Anything wrong with the /usr/local/etc/rcS script in the new firmware? I am having the same problem (I am also on FW 4318). Any ideas how to solve this? Hi same problem I guess it is a user permission problem while installing the metafeed anyone knows the user/password so the file is not deleted every reboot as the Playon HD Mini reboot alot, i mean Alot. davmend

Re: [HOWTO] Install Metafeeds RSS (Internet Video) on YAMJ f I have installed Metafeeds RSS on PV73100 v7.4 r7317. The RSS fieds are OK, but the original links (like YouTube and Flickr) are gone. If I position the cursor one position right of the last channel icon (nothing is visible here) and click I get a picture application (I think it's Flickr). YouTube I can't find at all.
Does anyone have a clue how to get the original internet links back?
