Thanks, i can't make an iPhone app because i don't have an Apple Computer and a developer account($99) plus i don't have any experience with coding for the iPhone i'm sorry..

Tested 0.6 with Samsung Spica & Android 2.1 and it's working fine.

Really nice development. As concerned future developments I think most people are looking for ways to control the music (and see the title/album on the phone ).

I'm working on a movie list right now, but when it's finished i'll see what i can do about controlling music. I haven't found a way to get information about which movie/mp3 is playing on the device, i don't know if it's possible with the current firmware but i'll give it a try.

I have an Desire so i'm very interested in your development. I'll try your beta as soon as i have internet acces on my POHD. I'll let you no my findings.

I'm pretty far with my movie list feature, it show's all the movie's on the device correctly and it's gathers the movie info from the .nfo file in the movie folder. I'm working on the gathering speed right now, it takes a bit long to gather all info from the device. So i'm pretty far in releasing a new BETA with movie information.

I have tried your 0.6 version on my HTC Desire. Just filled in the IP of my Playon and it worked immediately, very nice!
I am eager for the next verision. Probably some larger buttons would help pushing the right ones

I see quite some potential in this development. Could it even be possible to make an app which converts the playon tv-screen interface (wait for the new one) into a touch-based interface, as the base and navigate on your phone without having to look at the TV and phone at the same time?

if you add a subtitle button i'll think about upgrading my FW and start testing

I've been sick for a while so the development had some delays. I'll add a subtitle button, and see if i can make the buttons a bit larger so it's easier to press the right one .
