Post Re: [BETA - SDK3.X] PV73100 v7.3.X.r4368 POHD
Hi,
I managed to login to the POHD via telnet and managed to change the port number of router earlier setup.

The problem now I faced is I can't add torrent files to it. When I key in the IP address on my browser, I get "problem loading page". I can ping the POHD, I can browse via network explorer but not thru browser. Any ideas how to add torrents?

Thanks

you have to ad :1024 behind the ip-adress. otherwise it wont work.

for example i have

192.168.1.15:1024

Previous/old firmware ran the HTTP server on port 80 which is the default for all web browser. In other words if you just type any IP/Web adresss in your browser it will automatically look on port 80. In this firmware the HTTP server runs on port 1024 hence you have to specify to your browser on which port it should be looking for the HTTP server; in this case :1024.

Hope that clarify things for you..... nothing odd about it; it's just how it works.

Oh by the way this forum also run on port 80 like 99.9% of the HTTP web servers out there hence you can get away with just typing http://www.acryan.com/..... vs http://www.acryan.com:port#/....

This FW r4368 can't play *.ISO, *.OGG, audio is only DTS, not DTS-HD or True-HD.
Excuse me, when will they fix?
Thanks so much.

From the screen shots, the new essential box seems to have a better interface, will it be implemented on PV73100 in the next firmware?

after updating to this firmware some bugs seems to be resolved but now i have 2 other issues:

1: no subtitle when fastforwarding(i use this for fast forwarding boring parts).

2: zoom out funtion disapeared from the settings menu

all previous firmware had these working fine.

Hello everyone,
sorry if it's the wrong topic to ask but I saw some great screenshots of the new interface of the HD Essential (http://www.playonhd.com/press/playonhdessential/).

Is this available in any of this firmwares of Playon!HD? What does the interface look like of the new SDK3? It has been a while that I've updated my device so I'm still on the older interface with the fancy menu items.

thanks for your answers
