I'm new to this forum and still waiting to receive my play!on HD.
Just a few more days and i just can't wait.
I just hope it will be a great new addition to my home cinema cause i got tired of using the PS3 that only does somuch.
I became a member because we can all help eachother with our problems with the player or tell everybody about the good things it does.
Hope to have a nice stay here, i'll be coming around from time to time.

hi there Wolverine26,
and welcome

nice setup you have got there,

if possible connect the playonhd with the hdmi to your onkyo,
and select hdmi raw on the setup of the playonhd for the sound,
and hdmi 1080P 60HZ for video then when selected this change the video setup
to hdmi auto and 24P on or auto,
for best playing and listening experience.

Thnx for the compliments, tips and warm welcome.
Tomorrow i will receive my A.C.Ryan and i can't wait to play with the settings.
I am so curious how it will play the MKV and if it will passthrough HD audio to my receiver.
I also want to find out if it will play DTS audio cd's.
This morning i told my friend who works for WD that i was going for their competitor instead of going for their WD TV Live, he asked me why and when i told him the things that the WD TV was lacking and the A.C.Ryan wasn't he could do nothing but agree with me haha
