Can you tell me if it gives results that look like this: http://i248.photobucket.com/albums/gg19 ... 8bce1f.jpgI would also love a step-by-step guide from anyone who knows how to get everything working for TV Shows... don't really have time to read 25 pages! :-/ Yep, it looks the same. The only downside of this, is that it's not as fast a the other menu options. You can use the movie sheet or the movie wall, both are supported. I don't know if it works with tv shows, theoretical it should be no problem. But it's not possible to create a season template with underneath the episodes. You have to use two programs, ThumbGen and TViXiE2Playon!HD(Build.2010.8.16) Both are explained in the howto's of this forum.

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
I've been using Thumbgen on my Mini and it's excellent. Great software. I since wanted to use TViXiE too, for a more jukebox feel, so i'm having to go back and create all the thumbnails (as i only did NFO and Moviesheets). I set the following options, (without thumbnail & first file in folder). Select the folders and process in Manual mode: Everytime i click Manual mode to process, whether the USB HDD is connected to the PC, or over the network on a mapped drive. I always get an error that the <movie>.tgmd is in use from another process. I've rebooted and nothing is using the files... Load nfo: System.IO.IOException: The process cannot access the file 'N:\Movies\300\300.iso.tgmd' because it is being used by another process.

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
Updated to 1.1.5 of Thumbgen and it works fine now. Doesn't create the cover automatically, have to select it, but doesn't crash.

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
I don't understand exactly what u are doing there If u have .tgmd files then using "Create from metadata" u can any time generate only covers for example. I need more detailed explanation to be able to help. TG is doing what the user instructs it to do

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
I've created the moviesheet and metadata etc, manually. I didn't generate thumbnails. I now want thumbnails for the use with TViXiE. I'm doing this manually again, because i want the thumbnail to match the existing thumbnail image on the movie sheet. It would crash in 1.1.1, but works fine in 1.1.5. So i'm happy In the previous post i was just pointing out that in 1.1.5 it doesn't automatically select the cover from the providers, like it does in 1.1.1

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
Ok, so if u have metadata then
1. Options/Extra thumbnail -> Save original cover without resizing ->Checked 2. Make sure u use proper naming for the Extra thumbnail (the one tvixie expects...) 3. Select your movies in File Browser 4. Go to "Create from metadata" 5. Check Extra Thumbnail (if u want to export full size image). 6. Do it.
This way u get full size thumbnails generated from metadata

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
Oh, didn't know you could do it automatically. I'm 80% through doing it manually now. 5 hours later Anyway, i've filled in some blanks, changed some covers over to UK ones and put some missing screenshots in. Looking forward to getting it complete, doing the backup and not touching movies for a while. Thanks for your help. Not only coding nice software, but also helping users. Coffee coming your way.

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
Better to know later than never. I guess you can do almost any import/export combination using ThumbGen as long as you know what it can do... and there a User Manual is missing. I'm trying in my free time to write some tutorials/FAQ entries on my website.. I hope after some time to be able to put them together in some "User Guide". Thanks in advance for your coffee...

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
I'll remember that for future. All done. Happy Bunny. Coffee has been served up. Enjoy. I've got a question. I know you can scroll the moviesheets via the slow button on the browser menu. Works a treat. Now on the next menu option (Media Library). It allows you to search for a movie via genre/title etc. The slow button does not work there to present the moviesheet. There is just the standard movie preview. Is this something you can do, or is it down to firmware on the Mini? It would be a great feature, keeping the moviesheets consistent and available too.

 Re: ThumbGen for ACRyan?
I think there is a guy around here that managed to export TG's info to MediaLibrary... I don't remember exactly now the details but as soon as I reach home I can search the topic. Try to search too, was here somewhere a discussion.
