Team is recompiling now and where awaiting a new internal version for testing. Re: [BETA] PV73100 r4318 firmware **POHD** the issue we faced was the bootloader...
The firmware that was released internally will work with C+ chipset with the new bootloader based on new SDK 3.X. The firmware will not work correctly with Non C+ chipset therefore the team is now re-compiling the firmware.
I hope that it would be something that is a easy fix.
However, there is a temp workaround to get the new firmware to work on non C+ chipset, but... I don't think it is 100% stable. You never know on this.

Question: which issues/bugs before related to Realtek are solved with this new SDK?
Did Realtek supply a list with fixed bugs?

Did Realtek supply a list with fixed bugs? As usual, the changes in the SDK are only codes. In fact based on this new firmware that we have compiled, Realtek has improved a lot in the coding portion. The install.img used to be 100mb at least, but we after the compilation, we saw 50mb install.img. Imagine that chuck of un-needed codes that was part of the old SDK... In current frmware, there is a stutter every few minutes.

Re: [BETA] PV73100 r4318 firmware **POHD** I've only just acquired a playon hd yesterday from somebody selling one. It had 2901 firmware on it, and i updated it to 4318 beta. Only been playing with it last night but i have this green line problem in the top right hand corner of my sony tv. So i am praying this newer firmware fixes this issue at least for me ?
