Re: [BETA] PV73200 r4312 firmware **POHD MINI**
Hi,
I bought my POHD Mini this weekend and first tried to use it with the 'original' firware but with that I couldn't download any shoutcast streams so I installed this BETA release.
At first it was working fine: - shoutcast streams worked fine - I could edit my files on the USB drive from my laptop. (over LAN)
After a crash the box is not able to connect to the internet in any way anymore and although I can browse and copy the Files on my (shared drives on my) laptop I cannot make a network connection to the POHD mini anymore. Reconfigured dns and checked IP and all looks fine.
Anyone has a clue?
Regards,
Bassie

Bassie Tried switching to auto (DHCP) and the back to manual and then reconfigure? (Or the other way around, if applicable). This should overwrite any setting that may have been corrupted in the crash.

Re: [BETA] PV73200 r4312 firmware **POHD MINI**
Thanx for the reply.
I Just tried that again.
I noticed that when I checked the wired settings the DNS server's ip address was not in anymore (after power off/on) so: - I first entered fixed settings, saved them - the check appeared ok, at least no error on that. - switched to wired and again: the check showed no problems. Got another ip address by dhcp.
but I still do get a download error on the radio stations and cannot connect to it from LAN but I can copy files from my workgroup.
On my modem/router I have UPnP active and the firewall off (same as when it did work)
I also tried a reset to factory settings => still nogo
I will reload the firmware, any otther suggestions?
update: Ok, that did the trick. Internet/LAN all fine now. When it happens again I wil let you know.....

"syphone - I see you are back from holiday any news of the new firmware? Yeah, there is news indeed, the release of the ACR-PV76120 Official firmware r3120 that was AC's first priority, now we have to wait for the HD and MINI FW

the release of the ACR-PV76120 and ofcourse it's not bugfree, so guess what has the greatest priority. The ACR or the Mini.

I know that they are delayed, but it's better that they fix a lot of bugs instead of releasing half developed firmware updates efter two weeks which can't even be used at all. I'm sure that they're doing the best they can to give you a new bug free firmware release. A rest? I buy a mediaplayer and one of the mainfunctions, internetradio, doesn't work.. So no, no break. Fix it and quickly. I have no other means of listening to the radio you know. But besides that. When you buy something you may count on it it works
