I just brought a ACR-PV72100TV but I found the WiFi USB dongle is missing, as it is stated on the outside of the box which the USB dongle is one of parts in the package. Anyone know how can I claim for it? I went back to the shop yesterday but they told me to call AC Ryan.

well sorry to inform you but the dongle is optional,
which means you had to order it apart,
they should have known that in the shop where you bought it ,
