Miro I bought my POHD last week. About the Wifi dongle, A.C. Rayan advices to by the USB dongle from them. I ordered 1 and this week I will get it. Before I bought a dongle from Sitecom and it didn't work.

We can assume that the AC Ryan, Xstreamer, and other realtek-platform adapters work ok.
We have had 2 reports of the Trendnet TEW-648UB working OK.
We have had 1 report of each of the Dlink DWA-130, Dealextreme 'NoName' sku 27170, and Sitecom Nano (unsure of model #) working OK.
We have had 2 conflicting reports on the Sitecom WL-344 - 1 yes and 1 no(!)
HOWEVER, the Trendnet, Dlink and Dealextreme adapters only state 150mbps performance; whereas the AC Ryan and Sitecom WL-344 stat 300mbps.
Nothing else definitive so far ...
Is there any way to put a vote/bar graph to automatically summarize this?

Anyway until it is -hopefully - fixed with new FW I'll buy myself an Sitecom WL-344. For the record; the Linksys WUSB100 Ver.2 isn't compatible yet. In my search what would be another -Realtek- option I stumbled upon this site: http://linux-wless.passys.nl/It is not the ultimate list but maybe it will help others with choosing their brand of usb dongle. grts, hans

Cant get the SSID problem.

Keep getting "Can't get any ssid" error. Using firmware Version: v7.06.r2901 on Play On! HD In this list: http://linux-wless.passys.nl/query_part.php?brandname=Linksys it is marked as not fully supported by linux, but could work with alternative drivers. Is there anyway to install these drivers on the Play On! HD? Greetz Rolf

Re: Which USB Wifi Dongle do YOU use? I bought this one the TRENDNET TEW649UB WiFi-N 300 Mbps and it works perfectly and it is cheaper then the one from A.C.Ryan

Re: Which USB Wifi Dongle do YOU use? I went and bought Level One WUA-0603 wifi stick yesterday. The shopkeeper said it uses Realtek chipset.
Either he lied or something wrong with my pohd since i still dont get ssid. I think he lied.
