 Re: [HOW TO] Change the BitTorrent default port number Thanks for the help. The problem was probably on the torrent I was tryign to downlaod (although it had a lot of seeds...)
I tried with another torrent file and it reached speeds around 150kb/s, (around 10% of my broadband but better than 20kb/s...)
PS: I installed transmission on the POHD but I have no idea about how to use it. It didnt install any new icon on the POHD menu so I dont see any changes. Is there any tutorial for this?

Re: [HOW TO] Change the BitTorrent default port number Transmission can only be accesed either through the browser: Try accesing it through: http://<your PlayOnHD-IP adress>:9091 this should bring you to a webbrowser user interface wher you can add and monitor your torrrents. Be sure though that the service is running in POD installer ! There is also a GUI to download at : http://code.google.com/p/transmisson-remote-gui/

I am trying to use utorrent for movies (if you know what i mean) and i cant seem to to the program to run as in its not downloading anything at all and all the status are the infinity Symbol ... Re: [HOW TO] Change the BitTorrent default port number Hi, I just tried to change the Bittorrent port using this manual and found out that the whole btpd file which should be changed according to the manual is not more available in the map where it should be (/tmp/hdd/root/script/btpd) in the latest release: v7.3.4 r3582 (European).
Could someone please tell me what the new place is of the bittorrent configuration file?

first check if you copied the code precisely as in the howto
