Post Re: [HOW-TO] Using DLNA Feature to stream 'to' our players.
Did anyone manage to get this working?

I'm having the same "DLNA renderer will start up" message, followed promptly with a reboot when I try to push jpgs. Any other file just doesn't work at all.

Thanks
Dan

I am having the same problem.
It is realy a pity, I would like to access the renderer from my Ipad, if this is not possible with AC Ryan I will have to look for something else.
Is AC Ryan planning to fix this bug or does it have a low priority?
Should I use a specific firmware version ?

Can anyone from AC Ryan answer my questions?
Thanks in advance.

Hello, I have the same problem. Bought this device just 2 weeks ago... en tried to stream jpeg, mp3 etc etc to the ac ryan mini 2... every time it is rebooting. Also with the latest firmware!

Could someone of AC ryan tell me, if this is still a bug? and when the answer is yes, could somebody tell me when it will be fixed.

After reading most of the topics, AC ryan is not responding very well on this kind of questions.

Why is nobody responding? Arne? Waarom reageer jij niet... Je bent ongeveer 24 uur per dag online

The answer to your first question is that probably nobody can give a sensible reply to your question.

The second part of your question will be ignored anyway, because Arne is not a Dutchman and does not speak Dutch.

Please use English in the international part of the forum. You can use Dutch in the Dutch forum.

Also, there are more variables in the equation rather than just the AC Ryan.

I quite successfully PUSH content from Window Media Player and Twonky (Which I regard as the GOLD standard of DLNA servers) to my ACR. I did this as a test and really cannot be bothered anymore as I regard it as a superfluous bit of B/S.....

When I attempt to do it from my Android phone, I get errors similar to you which immediately suggests to me that the problem is in the Android App and it is not fully DLNA compliant.

Again, I did this as a test only and really cannot be bothered anymore as I regard it as a superfluous bit of B/S.....

I purchase my players for their primary role, PLAY MEDIA!!! If I want to set up automated playing I use my Logitech remotes.
