 Unable to update. Hi.
Mine PlayonHd doesn't see Install.img file on USB. I have 5440 and only thing I did recently was replacing HDD with another. I have used different USBs formatted to FAT32 but still have this problem

Re: Unable to update. The Playon's operating system (Linux) is case sensitive, so it must be install.img with a lower case i and not Install.img with a capital I.

Re: Unable to update. It is in cap. I didn't change anything,just unzipped downloaded file from officialsite and copied to USB

Re: Unable to update. You can try to disconnect the HDD first and try again installing the firmware, please do as Duivels suggested and make sure you have the correct firmware for your model. Sorry for any inconvenience.

My firmware update page stop progressing in the middle of the update.
And I know I can not turn off the power during firmware update.
Please help.

Re: Unable to update. Pull the plug if the update does not proceed and try this recovery procedure.
