 Help anyone! Index.htm
I have a playonHD which worked perfectly fine until a week ago! I have had to reformat the internal HD and transfer all media back on it (No problems).
I have had to reinstall YAMJ no problems, however when trying to access YAMJ through the Jukebox on the AC Ryan it keeps coming up with no Index.htm. This file has not been created at all on the AC Ryan.
I have tried everything reinstalling latest Java, new version of YAMJ. When running YAMJ all media artwork is created. I am running Windows 8, home premium 64 bit
Help please I have been trying for a whole week to resolve this.

Hi there Hopefully we can get this sorted out quickly. Which version of the YAMJ GUI and YAMJ are you using? How does your PC connect / Map to the drive on your player? Can you see the index file on your PC in the correct place? Andy

 Re: Help anyone! Index.htm
YAMJ Installer v2.0 | 64-bit from the AC Ryan website, my pc connects via usb 3.0 from the laptop to the AC Ryan.
I have never looked for the index file on the computer, where would I find this?

 Re: Help anyone! Index.htm
Hi When you setup YAMJ for the first time, you tell it where to place the output files. This is usually in the same directory as your movie files, and is usually visible in the contents of the cmd file used to run YAMJ - it's the -o option. YAMJ generates, in the output directory, an index file (index.htm) and the jukebox directory which contains the xml/html/image files. From a PC if you double click the index file it will display the contents in a web browser. You may not be able to actually play the content due to the path requirements of the player, but you will see the jukebox output. The question is where are you putting the Jukebox output files? If you can run the YAMJ GUI and past a screenshot into a reply we may be able to help. Also, as you connecting via a USB cable to the player, which drive letter on your PC does the player disk appear as? Andy

Think I have found the problem but I donot know how to fix it. Please see attached photo. I have had a look to try and find C:\AC Ryan Jukebox\temp\index.htm but there is no temp file in the C:\AC Ryan Jukebox\ directory?
The drive is G:\

 Re: Help anyone! Index.htm
Hi
Access is denied to the index file on drive G:\ - Is there an index.htm file on G:\ - Is the file read only or are there any permissions restrictions - Are there NTFS file problems on the drive - have you run checkdisk to check / fix problems

 Re: Help anyone! Index.htm
No index file on G:\ No restrictions on G:\ ran a scan disk and everything seems ok. Data can transfer freely from laptop to AC Ryan with no problems.

 Re: Help anyone! Index.htm
Can you try altering your settings so your index file and Jukebox directory are on your PC somewhere, and then copy output back to your player Andy
