AC Ryan not supported 3D SBS subtitles

 AC Ryan not supported 3D SBS subtitles I'm using srt23dass to convert the subtitles into sbs view, using computer watch the movie no problem, but when put in AC Ryan, the AC Ryan change the subtitle which is different from my PC view. I think I have seen this post before. If so, please do not duplicate post.
Why should AC Ryan fix their firmware for you specific use of esoteric software? The units handle standard movies and standard subs fine.
There is no mention in the specifications anywhere about playing 3D at all so I do not like your chances of the AC Ryan developers taking this up.

Secondly I do not think that the player can support any subtitle converted into something that its not standard. Still if you can, please provide us or send us the converted subtitle and we will check it on our side.
