 Re: Jukebox Fixes and Modifications [Revised 26/05/12]
Another quick one...
Although there are no errors in the error log, I noticed this in the normal log:-
[22:34:40 - main ] Using properties file ./properties/apikeys.properties [22:34:40 - main ] SkinProperties: Scanning file C:\YAMJ3072\.\skins\default\version.xml [22:34:40 - main ] ConfigurationUtils.locate(): base is C:\YAMJ3072\.\skins\default, name is version.xml [22:34:40 - main ] Could not locate file version.xml at C:\YAMJ3072\.\skins\default: unknown protocol: c [22:34:40 - main ] Loading configuration from the path C:\YAMJ3072\.\skins\default\version.xml
What does this mean and how can it be resolved?

 Re: Jukebox Fixes and Modifications [Revised 26/05/12]
It means nothing really. You can fix it by editing the properties\log4j.properties file and adding Code: log4j.logger.org.apache.commons.configuration=ERROR log4j.additivity.org.apache.commons.configuration=false
to the end. This was added to the code base (r3088), so it'll update overtime.

 Re: Jukebox Fixes and Modifications [Revised 26/05/12]
Andy has spent quite a lot of thime on this by trying to get th Jukebox to start automatically, etc, etc, etc.
Just not possible because of restrictions of the Realtek part of the firmware which is not available to him.
Sorry, not possible.
BTW: I have been playing with media players for a long time and quite often have requirements similar that you are asking for. The best investment that I ever made to stop any frustration on achieving my goals was the purchas of a Logitech Harmony 1100i remote which allows me to program sequences such as this.
In fact it is exactly what I do.

 Re: Jukebox Fixes and Modifications [Revised 26/05/12]
There are cheaper ones that Logitech make but I have always found that I end up getting dissatisfed and end up buying the dearer one later, so now I just buy the top of the range and be damned. Also, some "el Cheapo" remotes have macros also. Don't forget it can control all your devices. eg: I press one icon on the screen "Play Moviies" and it:- Switches on the TV Switches on the AV amp Switches on the ACR Adjusts all sound levels/inputs Loads the jukebox ALl with appropriate wait states between all. Similarly on power down.... I love being a "Couch Potato"!!!

Make sure that any one that you buy has a "Learning" mode otherwise the chances are you will be screwed.
