if i send the unit direct to acryan how much the cost to repair?
i dont have a money. and i dont believe/trust any other guy/people/shop except the acryan technical department.

Re: i can't turn on my POHD!! Please help!!! :( Contact the nearest office of AC Ryan for repair. As you are using the Asian version of the firmware, I guess the Singapore office (full details on the linked page) is most convenient for you.

Re: i can't turn on my POHD!! Please help!!! :( It looks like a hardware defect. You could try this recovery procedure, but if that doesn't solve the problem, you should contact AC Ryan (see link above).

Re: i can't turn on my POHD!! Please help!!! :( thanks, i will try it later. that is the upgrade bootloader and firmware procedure right? can you give me downgrade procedure for the 1st release (bootloader and firmware version from acryan). i want to try it if the problem still happen. tqvm.

Re: i can't turn on my POHD!! Please help!!! :( Hi, sorry for any inconvenience. After watching the video you uploaded regarding the issue of your player, I'm afraid to say that there is a high chance that it's caused by hardware defect.
You can follow Duivels advice regarding the recovery mode of installation, but please make sure you disconnect the HDD first before trying. If it did not work, then you might need to bring it down to our service center so that we can try uploading the bootloader.
