 i can't turn on my POHD!! Please help!!! :( hello all,
i was bought Acryan PlayON HD, but my POHD problem is , when i press the power button to turn on the device, it will turn off.So i cannot turn on the POHD. i also tried so many official firmware version but the problem still not solve.it is really frustrating me. until now the problem is not solve.
current firmware installed : Firmware_PV73100_v7.3.3.r4824_Asian.zip

Re: i can't turn on my POHD!! Please help!!! :( You can turn on the device with the remote. If you managed to update the firmware, you must have been able to turn the unit on.

Re: i can't turn on my POHD!! Please help!!! :( no, i can't.the remote only can turn on the unit if in standby mode.
when i press the power button on the unit, the led (blue and red) button only appear 2 second, and it will turn off back.
normal unit like this : if i press the power button on the unit the led (blue and red) button only appear 2 second, and then the red led off while blue led still on.

Re: i can't turn on my POHD!! Please help!!! :( How did you update the firmware, if you cannot switch on the unit? The red light means standby, the blue light means switched on. Off is indicated by no light at all.

but the problem still coming up.
