 YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Hi,
I'm just getting used using YAMJ. I have one problem showing up on my Playon!HDmini2. While opening the jukebox, nothing will be shown on the "all" selection.
I read that this could be caused by "wrong naming". I'm pretty sure that everything is named correctly and found out that switching to the letter "L" won't show any movies either. It turned out that "Last Boy Scout" seems to be the problem.
It is named: Last Boy Scout Das Ziel ist überleben (1991)_tt0102266_DVDRIP
I also tried: Last Boy Scout (1991)_tt0102266_DVDRIP
Both versions will end in the same problem. I read that there have benn problems in the past with this special movie.
Any suggestions?
Thanks for your support.

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
I wonder which version of YAMJ you are using - I remember doing a lot of testing quite some time ago to help resolve this one - still try this 1. upgrade YAMJ to the latest version from Omertron's Media Plaer Site2. Rename the movie to Last Boy Scout (1991) 3. Delete all files starting with 'Last Boy Scout' from your Jukebox directory 4. Re Run YAMJ Andy

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Hi, thx for your quick response. Should be the actual version. I'm using "YAMJ_Installer2.1.0_x64" AcRyan GUI. Version: 2.6.1 Revision: r3000 Renaming didn't work.

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Have you updated YAMJ from Omertron's site?
Andy

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Hi Andy, (1) updatet to "Version: 2.7-SNAPSHOT Revision: r3083" from http://mediaplayersite.com/YAMJ_Latest used the instructions from http://code.google.com/p/moviejukebox/w ... vieJukeboxUsed the "A.C.Ryan MovieJukebox" Folder where YAMJ is installed. (2) Deletet index.html + Jukebox (3) Rerun Jukebox Name of file is "Last Boy Scout (1991)" It's an ISO File if that matters. => Still won't show movies in ALL section.

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Hi Arvakur I have gone back through my old e-mails. The problem with YAMJ was not actually caused by the movie the Last Boy Scout. It was caused by an issue in YAMJ with the 'New' category page. This was fixed in r2751/r2752 released on Nov 1st last year. Do you have a moviejukebox.properties file in your YAMJ program directory and does it have the property in it: - If not, add the line and do a clean build of the jukebox Andy

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Hi Andy,
I have a moviejukebox.properties file in the "ACRyan MovieJukebox" folder and it has the line you mentioned already included.
Any other ideas?
Greetings Arvakur

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Does it show up if you load the index file in web browser? And from the Jukebox directory could you zip up and attach to a post the xml file YAMJ generates for the Last Boy Scout? Thanks
Andy

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Hi,
if using a browser on pc "ALL" will show all the files.
Is there a restriction in subtitles? Movie shows following subtitles in Jukebox "English / German / Spanish / Dutch / Swedish / no / Danish / Portuguese / Hebrew / Polish / el / cs / tr / Hungarian / hr / French / Italian" maybe that's the problem. But ISO only contains 4 subtitles...strange...
EDIT: fixed the subtitle "problem" but still no result in "ALL" Section at PoHD. Attached second file with only two subtitles.

Re: YAMJ - Last Boy Scout
Hi Two possible problems I can see - first of all the title Code: <title>Last Boy Scout - Das Ziel ist Überleben</title>
There are some non alphanumeric characters in it. Can you use an .nfo file (XBMC format) to set the title to Code: <title>Last Boy Scout</title>
Secondly the path is too long and may cause problems trying to play it Code: <fileLocation>E:\ZWISCHENLAGER\Test\Last_Boy_Scout_Das_Ziel_ist_überleben_(1991)_tt0102266_DVDRIP\Last Boy Scout (1991).iso</fileLocation>
I suggest you change your directory structure to Code: <fileLocation>E:\ZWISCHENLAGER\Test\Last_Boy_Scout\Last Boy Scout (1991).iso</fileLocation>
Again a clean build of YAMJ once you've made the changes, and let me know how you get on Andy
