Post Building a database on windows for HD2
Hi

Please see:

I was wondering how easy it would be to get windows to build a database for the HD2, then transfer over? This may improve stability and it is the scanning that creates most of the HD2s issues!

May be this might be a start.

The database is standard sqlite and can also be read.

On the internal hard disk it creates in .Theater with an USB connected hard disk.
stx.db stxcross.db
stx.db-journal stxcross.db-journal

On the USB disk it creates

stx.db stx.db-journal

If you have Firefox there is an add-on SQLite manager, with that you can connect to the Playon's database and investigate.
If by change you are using Linux or OSX it might be possible that you will not see the .Theater file as it is normally a hidden folder.

All we need is a SQLite guru.
