Sudden stop when playing movies or series

 Sudden stop when playing movies or series Hello,
Last couple of days when I play a movie or series from my internal HDD, the movie or series stops by it self. Sometimes after 3 minutes, then another day after 10 minutes.
I updated the firmware to the latest version. This did not help. I use FTP to transfer files from my PC to the internal HDD in the AC Ryan. I watched a couple of series and movies without any problems. So it doens't alway accure.
If somebody knows a solution or also has this problem, please respons.
Dutch response welcome, English no problem.

Re: Sudden stop when playing movies or series There are probably errors in some of your media files, which cannot be handled by the Playon's codecs. Not all rips and downloads are 100% reliable.
Try copying the files by means of the USB cable instead of your network. Networking is not the strongest feature of the GUI 2 firmware.

It is indeed a problem with some files. I downloaded other versions and they have no problems. USB is also faster then UTP.
