Post Loads splash screen but nothing else.
I upgrade my firmware to the latest and it said upgrade successful, but when I turn the playon!hd2 on I just get the the splash screen and it doesn't go to the menus.

I've tried using safe mode to go to older firmwares but they do the same thing, the upgrade/downgrade is successful but I'm stuck on the splash screen.

What can I do?

Thanks

Do you have any internal disk connected in the player? Can you try to disconnect the drive and try to power again the set if it can show the Menus? If still cannot, i suggest you do another reflash or firmware installation but this time the HDD is not connected. Hope you can try it.

Thanks

And make sure that the USB stick is formatted as FAT32.

Yes, USB is FAT32. I did that to get flashing working in the first place.
I can successfully flash the firmware, it just leaves me with a non-working system.
I've reflashed it 3 times now and wait until it says it's finished successfully, but it leaves me with just the PlayOn splashscreen and doesn't go to the menus.

I am currently experiencing similar symptoms. The ACRHD2 shows only the splash, then goes black and the connection to device is lost. PC shows an error that the USB device is not recognized, TV shows no input available.

My unit has not been flashed and still these symptons are there.

Flashing the firmware to the latest version solved my issues.
