Playon!HD doesn't "see" external HDD with size 3Tb. Why?

 Playon!HD doesn't "see" external HDD with size 3Tb. Why? I have a problem with Playon!HD ACR-PV73100. The fact that I can't use my external HDD (3Tb 7200rpm WD Elements Desktop Black (WDBAAU0030HBK-EESN).
I plug-in this HDD to my Playon!HD by USB but Playon!HD doesn't "see" any usb-device. With PC this HDD works excellently. As I wrote this HDD has 3Tb size. But when I plug-in other external HDD with size 500Gb - it is OK.
I have question. What is highest possible size of external HDD for Playon!HD ACR-PV73100?

Re: Playon!HD doesn't "see" external HDD with size 3Tb. Why? It problem is solved by devide all disk to 2 parts (on 1.5Tb+1.5Tb). Thanks and respect to Gregiboy! He solved my problem! Dear Gregiboy, if you were in Ukraine, I would preset beer for you!
