@Everyone
Update - 08-02-2012: We have replaced this firmware v7.4.x.r7317 with a new revision that fixes the Thumbnail view (distorted image) issue, so you can view your folders with 'Thumbnail view'. If you with your remote control go to 'Setup > Misc > Version info' and check the 'Compiled at' date. If it does not say: Feb 07 - 2012 - you will not have the updated version. Simply re-download and flash this firmware again to have this fixed.
Thanks to our development team for this quick fix!

Lovely Thumbs-view thank you But with 'repeat off' it still plays only one track and 'next' is stop The same with a playlist.
Give some advice pls
Edit -> Staff: You have a answer from Mikael higher up regarding this.
Edit -> pojo: so we have a loop in all audio playing? or play just one file?
pojo is waiting for a solution.... or trick!

The Setup during playback bug is still there.
I was playing a bluray movie and hit the setup button. The Mini then rebooted. Not that big of a deal, but I thought that the change log said it was fixed.
The rest works very good. Thanks.

USB upgrade now also works again thus making that part of the opening post true again. Now, if you could also revise the badly worded install instruction 1. Download and extract the .zip file into the root folder of a USB-stick. ... into 1. Download the .zip file, then extract the install.img file from the .zip file to the root folder of a USB-stick. ... then no one needs to come here again complaining that the install procedure doesn't work.

Thanks to our development team for this quick fix! Seems like this bug is solved. Thanks for the quick fix! Could be the 5.1 audio bugs be solved for once and for all (i.e. no switching for AAC vs AC3 and not all channels are played with AAC in MKV containers)? That would be great!

The rest works very good. Thanks. This is not a general issue, even if I do believe that it occurs for you. I just pressed setup about 25 times during different movies. Chkdsk your external hard drive if present, try again. Still rebooting? Safe-flash with FAT32 USB-stick. If none of the above work, send me a PM. Br,

 Re: [Official] Firmware_PV73200_v7.4.x.r7317
i tried to update from v7.3.6.r4824 to the new r7317version. the update works fine. this was my first look to the new gui2.0. but i have a really bad problem. after updating the firmware i can't connecting my fat32 harddisks via usb. only my ntfs-disks were connected.
with the old firmware i had never any problems with usb-connections.
is there any trick?

 Re: [Official] Firmware_PV73200_v7.4.x.r7317
I returned after a quick fling with the mede8er firmware, and found it to be decent, but a bit unstable/unpredictable.
The new proper firmware looked like what I needed so I came back. I have only one problem with it. I only use it as a streamer of video over a gigabit lan from a q-nap server. Playback works like it should, but for some reason logging onto the nas sometimes takes forever. I have tried both discovering it over samba and directly entering the ip-address.
The funny thing is that if I don't bother waiting, and just reboot the device the suddenly shortcuts work really fast and the problem is gone.
Anybody have a clue what is going on?
ps. like others have said here: It is great that the mini is still being supported. Thanks.
