 Claim and refund?
Hallo to ACRyan, Some days a go I have tried to contact en@acryan.com, to put my official claim and money return, since even the last FW was useless, so then is a complete unit (never achieved even a close performances as advertized during my bought). Until now nobody even answered or confirmed that they received claim. What is a next level e mail address to make my claim official? Unit was bought at Conrad.at, but it is not anymore offered. Thx all for answers

You are not telling me that some other member will point me to official claim office/number of AC? Does anybody knows what to do now or I have to go to government bodies? This should be/is official ACRyan forum? Thx for support

 Re: Claim and refund?
You wrote to the right e-mail address and you may expect a reply from AC Ryan, but I do not know the response time. It is no use replying to your question twice: by e-mail and on the forum.

Usual, in normal business or public communication (by e-mail especially) it is normal to receive answer in a couple of working hours, maximum 2 days (I know some people which will be fired if they, at least, do not send back "work in progress" mail, and after 2 days solutions, but this is for serious companies). Strange is that response time is not known? Also for bug reporting mail? Do You think that somebody would feel much better if I do not ask anything? And, finally, this single posting means that thin will be solved? Brgrds

 Re: Claim and refund?
Hello, I'm sorry you did not get staff reply in this matter. In this case, you email sent to en@acryan.com is handled by our Singapore team. I've notified them to check if this email indeed is not replied, or lost for some reason. We normally have 48 hour email reply policy and in normal circumstances we have no issues in replying. If you have not gotten help, just PM me with your email address and I will personally double check why you have not gotten replies. For your and everyone's information, if this happens, you can always call us as well for direct answers. Br,

But that is not Your problem. I will try to settle this with AC Ryan or Conrad, since I have contacted them also. It looks like I will have to go to Conrad or Government address (similar like in Australia) since last FW is also semi functional. Thx for support
