I purchased the additional mini keyboard/touchpad. ACR-PX20001.

When I used it in the Internet Media, I did not see any mouse cursor at all.

Especially when using Facebook, it is very difficult to navigate without seeing any cursor/pointer at all.

Is there any way to display the cursor?

Hi there

Can you let us know what is your player model and the firmware version its using? If you have HD2 and you are using firmware version r5440, the wireless keyboard should work.

Let us try the following first.
1. Please make sure the keyboard is fully charge.
2. On our wireless keyboard, near the mini USB port you can find the Wireless USB Dongle that you will connect to the player. After plugging this wireless USB dongle please turn ON the wireless keyboard, the switch is on the left side.
3. Browse for your media player internet media like Facebook and check if the browser appear.

Please be advice that the cursor will only appear on Facebook and YouTube XL.

Sorry for any inconvenience. Under Facebook or YouTubeXL, please try to unplug and replug the Keyboard wireless dongle. Cursor should appear after replugging it to the player. Hope you can try it out.

I've got the same problem here.
I know there is a cursor, becouse items are highlighted when i move it.
The only time i see a cursos is when its loading youtube and facebook.

Yes true, because the mouse cursor can only appear on some of the links under internet media. You cannot see it appearing in the GUI or main menu and sub menu.

Mostly the keyboard can be used and will be helpful when you are keying letters and numbers under some links in internet media like YouTube. It will still not replace the functionality of the original remote control as only few buttons do have the same function like the playback buttons.

Is there anywhere a manual available for this keyboard? It was not included in the package...

For instance: at my device the space bar does not work. Should I adjust smth? The keyboard adjustment is "US-English".

And also: how long does it take to charge the battery via the USB connection?

And how often do you have to recharge the battery in 'normal' use?
