Skype on veolo it is possible?

You can download and install it from the app market. Unfortunately webcams will not work and also about audio i am not 100% sure. You would need a working usb mic i think which doesn't require special drivers of any kind. The chatting function works so you can at least text / sms your friends and also send files.

I got an webcam fom Medion (E86002) with builtin Mic.

When plugged in, I installed a camerafunsoftware from the gmarket. i was able to make photos and also it was able to cam.

So I installed skype and tried to connect to a friend, but there was only his voice.
I couldn´t see him - also I had a black conrolpicture of what my cam is showing.

In fact, it seems to be a little step to make it work. where is skype expecting to find the camera, the camerafunsoftware found. Maybe it just needs a link.

So go for it! that would be another big step!

using the latest Skype Version from app store

AC Ryan Veolo / Logitech c 270 not activated from Skype

using my Desktop Pc with Skype / iwebcamera (iphone useable as wireless cam )

connection between desktop PC and Veolo i have a connection from Desktop PC with Picture to the Veolo. from the Veolo Box black screen at the Box and Blackscreen at the Desktop PC.

with marketsoftware Lomo Cam or Pudding Cam from the google market i can use my Logitech c 270 as Video device !

This is the Stock-Camera-App of Android-2.2(Froyo).
I hope it will be useful.

I will try this apk tonight, maybe its the way to Skypes heart.

I tried also to get skype working on my veolo.

I installed the camera.apk
but that keeps crashing


With my logitech cam.
The only thing is i got sound out of it.
All apps i tried it doesn't reconize the camera
only the sound.

So let us search more and get it working
