 Wireless dongle
Apart from the cradle and cable that the WN-10001 comes with, can someone from AC Ryan staff please tell me what the difference is between the WN-10001 wireless dongle and the WN-10002 dongle?

 Re: Wireless dongle
The 10002 model works with all Playon!HD models and the 10001 does not work with the Essential. The 10001 comes with an extender in which the dongle can be placed in a vertical position for a possibly improved receipt/transmission (depending on the orientation of the router's antenna(s)).

 Re: Wireless dongle
Does the 10002 use the same Realtek chipset as the 10001? Have there been any reports that the 10002 has better connectivity, better range and transfer rate than the 10001? I am still at a loss as to why i am unable to connect my pv76120 to my dgnd3700 modem. I was thinking perhaps the 10002 might help?

 Re: Wireless dongle
In your posts you said that your Playon connected to a Netgear dgn3500 and that that worked ok. It seems likely then that your new router is the culprit.

 Re: Wireless dongle
If all my other devices (2 pc's, tv and xbox360) had problems with connection to the modem then i would agree with you but they don't. They all work flawlessly.
