Player Not recognised as NAS on network
Player says NAS started - but I cannot see it form the PC on Network. Yet I can see PC from the File Manager on unit and access other NAS and PC files and play them. This makes it impossible to transfer files form PC to unit over network.

Re: Player Not recognised as NAS on network
Please check if you enable Samba service under the player network setup.

Re: Player Not recognised as NAS on network
Sometimes it may take time for a device to appear on your network. If it does not appear then please try to refresh the player IP by restarting a connection and also try to restart your network devices like router and so on. Alternatively, you can also browse the player directly by using its IP Address and then map it to your desktop/PC or create a shortcut for it. Please try using \\playerIPaddress (ex. \\192.168.x.xx)

Re: Player Not recognised as NAS on network
Just try:
\\192.168.0.3
in the Windows command/search line of the Start menu.

Re: Player Not recognised as NAS on network
Did you format your Playon's hard disk with the Playon? That is required for proper functioning, because some hidden system partitions are created in addition to the NTFS partition for general usage.

Re: Player Not recognised as NAS on network
I do not know if you can check that. Please see pages 15 and following of the manual for formatting the hard disk.
