 Error when i play Dolby Thru-HD
Hi Guys, Just check with ur guys, do you facing any problem when play the Dolby Thru-HD audio formet~~~?  the audio hacking 2-3 second and my receiver panel show no signal~~~~! for dts-hd master audio no problem at all~~! my latest firmware is r5440~~~! best regards, cmw_kwl_6923

is it in an MKV or an M2TS file? best is to use Thrue HD in an m2ts file.

Is it the player having the problem on dolby thru-hd audio formet~~~?

No need to delete your MKV file, just remux it to M2TS with e.g. TsMuxer. This is a fast process, as the streams are not converted but only copied in a different way. Problem seems to be the way the player handles the files, apparently M2TS files cause less stress on the processor compared to MKV. Whether this can be solved by a new firmware or a new SDK is unclear, unlikely that this is a hardware restriction however.

Hopefully a.c.rayan will soft the problem that i have been facing~~~~!

Hello, In general we have almost no report with Dolby True HD 7.1 not working. This also works when we test with our players with several receivers. You can check some of the files from this site as a reference, http://www.demo-world.eu/trailers/high- ... ailers.phpThis could be file related, so please check the sample files posted above if they work. If not, please reply here with your hardware setup (AVR / TV) and how you are connected with your cables and settings. Br,
