Well I tried some of the tips given to some of the other forum members with network problems but didn't see any firmware update new network settings, and it has worked fine for some days, and the only firewall I got is the windows firewall.
When i run the windows network diagnostics I get the message (devices is blocking connection)
And indeed my playon HD ip address is indeed set to static on my router settings. ( got no problems connecting to the playonHD by ftp or http) 192.168.1.19 in my case
