I got some problems with installing my ACR-HD51769.
I use a Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 500GB SATA II ST3500320AS. (Does the AluBox support one HDD or have it to be two HDDs?).
I have tried different drivers (CD, website, driver of ximeta), but I couldn't establish a connection over NDAS. I got this error:
You have successfully registered the NDAS device. However, the NDAS device is not found and cannot be connected at this time. Please check the NDAS device connection.

My network card is an Intel PRO/100 and I have tried using a normal patch cable, a crossover cable and a switch.
Then I used a different PC with completely different hardware, the problem stays.
The operating system is Windows XP Professional SP2. There is no anti-virus scanner and I have disabled the windows-firewall.

When I connect the case via USB, everything works...

I have already wrote an e-mail to A.C.Ryan-Support (formular)... is it normal that no delivery success message appears?

Can anyone help me?

When you use a signle hard disk on the ACR-HD51769, you must relocate a jumper.

No, it is not in the documentation yet, because this solution is there only since 25-02-2008.
