Hi,

i'm currently trying to stream videos from my laptop on my AC Ryan HD player. Through the browser/network, i'm able to see my own workgroup and my laptop name.

But when i try to access it prompted me for a net login and password. I tried my laptop login and p/w but it failed. Checked and didn't create any id and password to lock my folders.

My current laptop setup is on windows 7, on WLAN.
My router is a 2wire MIO box.
The AC Ryan is on LAN direct to the MIO Box.
Checked the Mio box and the firewall didn't seems to have any settings indicated any blockage.

Tried the upnp method, but AC Ryan can't detect anything.

May i know what else can i do to stream from my laptop?

but i've tried that solution before posting.

I tried again after i seen your reply,
but still it prompted me for a net login and password.

None of my id or password i can recall, works.

Is there anything i can do?
