Hi ,This is my first post in the forums since becoming a proud owner of a 2TB playonHD .
I love the box , It does exactly what i want however i did experience some trouble .
The trouble i had is slow transfer speeds over the network when transferring to the box , usually around the 4-5mb/s mark , But i have found a much faster way now !
I Connected the box directly to my PC;s usb 2.0 port and installed a program called teracopy .
Instead of the usual 4-5mb/s i now achieve on average 24mb/s which is 4-5x faster .

I have attached the Program here also .

Teracopy uses buffers to transfer much more smoothly that the crappy windows default file handler , also transfers can be resumed should it be needed .
I just thought id share my experience and my delight at not waiting ten years for a *.mkv to transfer .

Hi! I just saw this post just now. Aside from directly connecting the USB to the PC, is there any other way to make the file transfer faster? Is teracopy only applicable transfer via USB?

Wow, this counts as a how-to as well? Using USB instead of LAN makes copying faster? Granted, I personally use Teracopy often and I really like it, but 24 MB/s for USB2 sounds normal.
