I am watching four whole series of the Lexx and every single episode I have to press the zoom button 8 times to get to the xy setting to set up the picture to fit the screen without losing large areas of the image. I also love the X/Y and FILL zoom options. Well I hope you have more luck than me because they completely ignored me mate. Hi Dr Bob and everyone, Sorry if we misread your post. Definitely request can be noted, listed and done Hope you understand that there is no assurance if this can be implemented right away.

Hello AC Ryan Staff
Can I ask you if will be one of following things included in future firmware? Thank you
1. I can not see sharpness in video options. Is it possible to do it? 2. I set on PlayonHD video output HDMI Auto. When I play video with 25fps, player not recognize this fps and shows 60Hz instead of 50Hz. I thought that when I set up HDMI Auto, player switch to right frequency.

Hi & thanks for feedback, 1. you can set that as well in your TV / Amp ? 2. HDMI Auto will automatically choose the best available resolution your TV supports. At this point you need to change the resolution if you encounter micro stutter and/or are playing files i.e. in 25fps as in your case. I can raise both requests again as feature requests but i doubt that we will include this. But you never know - thanks for the input anyways. br,

well, after heavy use I can say the subtitles problem is the most important one. lot of movies are reported ad "no subtitles" even if VLC can play them without issues. please, fix it as some movies can't be watched as they require FORCED ones.

 Re: [Official] Firmware_Playon!HD Mini2_PV73800_v9.5.5.r5440
Since the last 2 firmware updates I've thought my wireless adapter was faulty. So I bought another one.
I've tested both AC Ryan wireless N adapters on my Mini2 and FullHD2.
And even tested using different wireless routers.
However, it would appear that the last 2 firmwares have broken playback via NFS over wireless.
Can anybody else confirm/deny/re-assure?
Thanks

Looking forward to hear if this feature request will be accepted. Thanks.

Thanks We don't recon such problems here. Was testing it again with the Wireless Dongle accessing our NAS via NFS shares. Can playback up to 720p without problems with r5440. If you revert back to r3966 or r2988 for example do you have different results? zeryus wrote: It would be real nice if you can implement the "Source Direct" feature, i.e. set the hdmi video output to whatever resolution the movie has, instead of locking the hdmi output to the max resolution a TV can support. You can also use the TV Sys button on remote control btw to manually set the res without having to go into the SETUP menu. best regards,

 Re: [Official] Firmware_Playon!HD Mini2_PV73800_v9.5.5.r5440
Tried every possible setting with the Bellini router. Even turned off wireless encryption all together. Both wireless adapters generally fail to see the network which is broadcasting it's SSID.
Tried the 3 most recent firmwares too.
Tested two laptops and my iPhone at the same location and they all report very good wireless signal.
if these adapters really conform to N spec then why would I have any problems connecting to an N router?
My router is a Belkin N1 Vision - if anybody has got this combination working please let me know your settings.
I've got the adapter now connecting to the network and browsing the NFS share. However playback stalls a few minutes in on any MKV file. Yet downstairs on my PlayOnHD connected to the LAN it's fine.

 Re: [Official] Firmware_Playon!HD Mini2_PV73800_v9.5.5.r5440
Hello AC Ryan Staff. Thank you for your response! 1. All my HDMI devices are connected to AV receiver and from AV receiver to TV via one HDMI cable. I can set sharpness on my TV but another HDMI source needs different setting... and my AV receiver does not have any sharpness. So that's why I would like to see sharpness in PlayonHD 2. Micro shutter is not so horrible.. but uncomfortable to set another setting for this fps Note: I had another cheaper player before and both this points were implemented. Please, it is my first and last request! Thank you very much!!! Arne wrote: abrandecky wrote: Hello AC Ryan Staff
