Hotsport: is ur remote respond ok with the initial firmware? Wifi is not neccessary for me thou

So this has to be a joke. I believe that some of the moderats in here and staff know about me by now. Lets se here now. Creating a "low budget machine" but with no new releases om firmware to it, even though ALOT of people who has this kinda device has complaints. Now wy is that?

I have a idea wy that might be ....

They have gained so much money by selling this device already that there are no need in doing any new software releases to it. Even though they are getting hammered by people with complaints. But in the end it will stop!(thats there idea)

They do not care about the people buying it, only about the devices they do create by sells.

Lying to media about there devices being so good and effective that they will spare a change for the people doing reviews about there devices so they in the end are being sold, knowing it´s just a piece that will go in the bin in nick of time.

So then, having said that i feel a sligth relief. So don´t take this as a offence, nearly a good chap who bought your device in reading lots of reviews felt it should be a good one for me. But in the end, it´s not. Feel sad that Ac ryan take advantage of the people who buy stuff from you without even knowing that what they are buying contains alot of bugs, and that in the end they will n ot be fixed.

Il be saving this message and take it with tech support for a good reason to wy this is. If i get no respons il be having my money back for the device and i will continue not supporting AC ryan as a good money saver wen it comes to media player etc from ac ryan.

HI AC Ryan team, can you give us an update as on a possible data of a future release of a new firmware to fix some bugs on the latest FW.

I really wish the there will be a firmware that allow direct access of Apple Lossless files.... and a more intuitive music library search program.. better still, to be fully compatible with itunes!

hellybelly8080: ah.... better not to give high hope on this. They are not even fixing the bugs available in the current version firmware. What more to say to add in additional features? haha

BTW it's been (nearly) 7 months since THE LAST essential update. You just only need to wait a little bit longer... (until ACRYAN finally release update firmware or until finally you say "ENOUGH" to ACRYAN and abandon essential just like I do)..

Hi guys,

sorry for the late reply here! We do know it's been a while since the last update. We are currently working on multiple platforms including the Essential. The problem is that the Essential has a different firmware/sdk/functions so its much more time intensive to focus on this product. Sorry if you feel abandoned at this point but it's definitely not the case.
As usual i cannot give you guys timelines on when the next update will be ready but we are 100% working on it.
