Issue #1 I can't display subtitles anymore which consist of a .IDX / .SUB pair. As far as I have seen other subtitles do work.
Issue #2 Having network folders placed under the Shortcuts menu isn't saving any "clicks" in my opinion. It would indeed if there is a special key to activate it, or to move it to the top.
Issue #3 Sometimes I start a .MKV and it starts in high speed. This happened in r3966 and still in r5440. I think it only happens when an .MKV is the first film I start after booting the Ryan. Issue #1: I have the same problem with the subtitles. I do hope they release an update very soon to resolve this issue, as it was working perfect before. Issue #2: How I did it, was browse through the Network/my_shortcuts/... to the NAS. Then use the menu button, and select the Add To Shortcuts option. It then creates a shortcut to the folder(s) for you in the Shortcuts menu. Works like a charm here, and really like this option. Issue #3: Never had this problem myself actually... So, the firmware upgrade is really nice. Also it is a big improvement for the PlayonHD!, as I have an old one as well as a HD2 right now. But please fix the subtitles issue, think that is the only thing everyone would like to see fixed soonest  Good job !!!

FYI - we have confirmed the subtitles issues here as well so there is no need for now to report it. We have forwarded this and work on a fix for the next upcoming firmware.

Please try to reinstall thumbgen and make a new sheet. Also check if you are using the actual correct firmware version since thumbgen has not been working in a previous firmware but has been fixed. If you used USB Upgrade method via Setup Menu try to reflash in safe-mode again. But when I flash with the last one (or the previous one), it doesn't work anymore... I don't understand what's going on

I mean that is the problem that i'm fighting with.
