hello guys, but this version still does not read the menu when forced subtitle subtitles are off. read the subtitles should be forced even if the subtitle function is disabled.
I also remember that in earlier beta version there was a way to go directly to a certain point of a video. asked which hours and minutes to start playing. I do not find here, you know I help.

If we did that, then we would get more negative input than now. We will probably increase the amount you can display due to heavy feedback from our end users. It should play the correct file based on the subtitle name, but also display more than 1x file if you want to switch.

For the .mkv files we have a reported issues with DTS HD MA as audio stream in this container, other than that we have not. If the audio stream is different from DTS HD MA, then please give me all the details in PM, or send a report to bugtracker@acryan.com with detailed information on what is happening and what kind of files, how you playback, what hardware player/AVR/TV, or anything else that could help us to reproduce this issue.

The hidden ssid issue is currently in Realteks hands and I'm not able to guess how long this would take as I don't have this information. We issue reports to them based on issues that are inside the closed SDK, we do naturally remind them of issues that are of more importance.

Thanks for the new oficial firmware, I am now on the latest official firmware r 5440. The system restart when pressing the Setup button on the remote still exist. I reported this problem before.

Below is the details and test sequence employed. Hope you can try these steps and let me know what happen when pressing the Setup button on the remote control. Thanks.

Test 1:-
1) press Browser button on the remote control
2) press Menu button on the remote control
3) select "Thumbnail" option
4) play a mkv movie. then press Setup button on the remote control
5) play a rmvb movie. then press Setup button on the remote control

1) press Browser button on the remote control
2) press Menu button on the remote control
3) select "List" option
4) play a mkv movie. then press Setup button on the remote control
5) play a rmvb movie. then press Setup button on the remote control

Hi everyone,

I've been using the update r4107 since it's launch till now.
I would like to say that I don't use my POHD except for streaming videos over.
No HDD is placed in it and I am only using the bare minimum for it's uses.

Would like to get the opinion of other users as to whether I should upgrade it to the latest r5440.
I would like to clarify that I do not use it for Internet Streams, so not using Youtube.
Not using it as a NAS also. I only use the POHD to stream videos from my PC to the TV.
And since I'm still fine with it's function from r4107, I do not want to screw up and end up going through the hassle of re-flashing to older firmwares.
If anyone is able to let me know if the r5440 is able to stream videos from my PC to my TV flawlessly, do tell me!
I only use the POHD for this purpose, and as long as this is able to work, I'm fine with it.
