 acryan support team... i need your help hello,
yesterday i notice that my dvr is stucked and not responding. Having no choice i plugged it out and than in, since than the red light on\off button is are shown , when i press on the on\off button the red light Disappear and there is no blue light (the dvr doesnt work!!!!). the dvr doesnt turn on, and every time i plug out and than in the red light on the on\off button is shown.
plz anyone help...
i only have the dvr 2 months
roger was trying to help me but no luck and iv'e notice on the furom that im not the only one with this problam... i need a solution and fast i cant use the dvr ...
