Hi Guy's , Thought I would introduce myself, I am British expat living in Thailand, and finally got fed up with burning my Movies to DVD's and USB Thumb drives. So I am looking at buying an A.C.Ryan Playon!HD Multimedia HD Player

I am still researching a few things to make sure this unit will fit my requirements , and so far it seems to out shine all the competition. Looking on the down side One thing that concerns me is about what would happen if I need the unit repaired both under warranty and out of warranty.

Well out of waranty you will have to pay for the reparation.

I htink you have to send it back then to where you bought it
If you bought it online contact the website

Same for in waranty then you only have to pay for the shipment when you bought it online

In PlayonHD.com Where to buy, there's a good Playon! reseller listed for Thailand - Digilife shop - they are right in the middle of the city in Pantip plaza (the mall stuffed with computer/electronics shops). Or give them a call and see what they can arrange in Thailand.

Hi! I'm a Spanish expat living in Thailand.

My Iomega Screenplay Pro HD can not play mkv files, not even with the software that uses the computer for decoding (there are a lot of jumps due to buffer overrun) so, after discarding the Xtreamer due to the complains about noisy fan, I think I'm going for the Playon!HD.

William, did you finally get it from Digilife at Pantip Plaza?
