Post [Official Firmware_Playon!HD2_PV73700_v9.5.3.r5311
Hello Playon!HD2 owners!

We are happy to announce our new official firmware.
Below you will find links to download this new firmware together with the change log and instructions on how to install this firmware.

Please note that YouTube is not fixed yet. We currently don't know how long this will take and don't want to hold back this firmware release since it is a big improvement in a lot of areas! This does not affect YouTube XL. Read more about our YouTube statement here -> viewtopic.php?f=4&t=15436

We have turned off 'Setup>System>Auto Scan' by default. This means that the main menu 'Movie/Music/Photo' selection will not be accessible until this function has been turned on and scanned your local storage. You can use 'Files Manager' or the new 'Shortcuts' for quick access of your files. We have done this change due to the possibility of adding 'Shortcuts' and to save resources of the player for those who don't want to have this function on.

5. Your player will restart and install the new firmware.

Menu's are a lot faster when auto scan is off and history is cleared!

Shortcuts are nice, but I can't seem to make a shortcut to the index file of my jukebox, so I still have to go through the entire storage structure to select it.

First few bugs/problems:
- When i want to enabel a device name under the Systeem->Apparaatnaam it reboots. And the name i've put there is gone. I tried PlayonHD2. With the older firmware and beta firmware no problems. When i tried it again, it reboots again!!!!!!!

- When i want to enabel FTP, and i put a username of password i see in the screen a black popup with $[UNABLE_SERVICE]
If i press the OK button it seems to be right....

- When i want to disable the format hdd promt the warning to shut that down is in english (it should be dutch).

- The Subtitle size is in english, it should be a dutch menu like ondertitel a few above.

- The Subtitle position is in english, it should be a dutch menu like ondertitel a few above.

- The Subtitle Color is in english, it should be a dutch menu like ondertitel a few above.

Hi! Thanks for the new firm. It looks more stable... and faster.
The subtitle possibility is OK, thanks!

Maybe I am lamer and I do somthing worng :(

Two questions:

ZOOM
DVD ISO...
If I set 140x100% my DVD ISO screen, I can't exit from the zoom function. So, I can't use the left and right arrow to set the film position.
And, when I push menu, setup, or home the adjusted zoom goes default.
I use zoom only for dvd iso.

SUBTITLE
When I set subtitle off int the menu, I can't turn on during the film, because it writes NO SUB.

Anyway, good work!
