I use Version: v7.06.r3875.
I remove them, and for sure I run "# ls -lh" to see it already removed.
I test check disk space usage still 100%, I reboot PlayOn!HD.
After reboot old removed files are back. !!!

Please help me. Mikka.

Thank you,

You probably missed first step (replacing font), which is the most essential in making more free space. If you don't do it, then everything else doesn't matter and you'll still get 100% usage.

Hi Mikka,

I have remove some language setting, like you wrote..
Now each time i reboot/restart de box, i get the starters menu to chooise Language en Wired network setting.

I have saved the dutch and engelish .srt file, like you wrote.

Any idea, what can it be?

PS: each time i start a service like Internet Feeds or other staf, the box comes with agrements text. I like it dont save my profile.

can you post the output of
Code:
df -h

&

Code:
mount

It sounds like you've maxed out your memory.

I've noticed that if you *accidentally* totally fill your memory, you can't get it back.

This is not a well-reasoned suggestion but:
When I have trouble with firmware settings sometimes the only cure for my ills was to switch between firmware revisions. That is, when I was running one firmware and had some strange memory issues or settings that were no longer changing or not "remembering" being changed, flashing once again with a different firmware version (and in my case immediately flashing back to my desired firmware release) fixed the problem.

I *think* some settings are impossible to change when du -h shows the partitions at 100% or if you accidentally copied too many mb's to your usr/local/etc and now it refuses to show you a correct accounting of the free memory on that partition (so it says 75% free, but you accidentally tried to copy a 1.1 gb movie to the partition- the copy failed, but the drive is now freaked out- it shows 75% free but really it was attempting to accommodate too large a file and has failed to recover from that effort).

Anyway, so I think changing the partition sizes (which, naturally, changing frimware versions does) is what is at the root of this cure. I just used a ready made different firmware, then flashed back to the firmware I wanted- but you could also get the same effect, if I am right, if you simply change the partition size of the /usr/local/etc just a bit:

Code:
<sizeBytesMin>0xCHANGETHIS</sizeBytesMin>

in the configuration.xml

-wigout

Thanks for the reply

I checked my connection but can't find the problem. I'm using Wlan and a Thomson TG712 router.

any ideas?

EDIT: I found a posting on another forum https://forum.openwrt.org/viewtopic.php?id=2283 This one worked for people with the same problem. But when I run this command I get the message: Cannot Allocate Memory :(

Edit2: WHOOHOO! Finally got it working. I used a Lan instead of my WLAN and I got it finally working. No I can install my RSS and then I'll try to set up the infosite...

Thank for the support!
